TIME: 2.75 Hours Pre Bike Purchase Fitting Session

Step 1: Thorough analysis of Rider's position throughout every portion of the pedal stroke in order to capture the full range of bio-mechanical movement utilizing the GURU DFU Fit Bike.  This complete picture of both athlete and machine makes for a bike fit that is optimal for performance, efficiency, injury prevention and comfort.

• Using the GURU Fit Bike for a complete analysis
• Biomechanical analysis 
• Cycling-specific assessment
• Dynamic Capture of full body movements to determine optimal position
• Includes Full Custom Installation and Adjustments of the Pedal/Shoe/Cleats

Step 2: Using the metrics from the Fitting Session, we will do an analysis of your measurements and provide the information for buying any brand of bike thus assuring your new bike purchase will be exactly what fits YOU!  At this time we can also discuss additional/optional component choices, bars and stems, wheel upgrades, electronic shifting options, power meters, etc. (This information will be emailed to you once we complete the full list of bicycles that would fit you.)

Step 3: Fitting Application on your new bike once received.

TIME: 1.25 hours

This fit is only for bikes with standard, non integrated stems and seat post designs.  It focuses on setting up the bike to your proper protocol measurements, also known as a Static Fit.  Includes standard adjustment to saddle height, saddle for/aft, handlebar adjustments, and stem length if needed.  The fit will be conducted using using a Wahoo Roller Trainer or a standard bike trainer depending upon the size and style of the bike.  Possibly the Guru Fit Bike may be used (if looking to also change saddles and/or clipless pedals) to develop the standard bike fitting parameters/protocols and calculate the fit.

NOTE: This fit is completed using a Wahoo Roller Trainer or standard bike trainer depending upon the size and style of bike.  Possibly the Guru Fit Bike (if looking to also change saddles and/or clipless pedals) for Static/Range fit and does NOT include the custom PSC (pedal/shoe/cleat) adjustments - please add the PSC(Pedal/Shoe/Cleat) fit along with this fitting or upgrade to the "Premier Fit" that allows for a more custom/specific set-up and dialed in angles in this highly recommended custom fitting service.

This is a pre-bike purchase fitting session, using the Guru DFU Fit Bike, in which we will do an analysis of your measurements and provide the information for buying any brand of bike thus assuring your new bike purchase will be exactly what fits YOU!  At this time we can also discuss additional/optional component choices, bars and stems, wheel upgrades, electronic shifting options, power meters, etc.

TIME: 1.25 hours

The foot pedal connection is the most important aspect of any bike fit because most cycling pain and discomfort originate from the feet.

This session is for anything foot related. If your position is OK and you have changed shoes or are looking to purchase new shoes and/or pedals, or something just doesn't feel right this is the appointment for you. We will ensure the shoes fit properly and the cleats are set up correctly with the necessary wedges.

This should be schedule only as an add-on to a fit or at a later date (within 1 calendar of a bike fit) when allowed.  A Full Bike Fit is still recommended and a key part of a True Bike Fit while the PSC is only 1/3 of a true fit.  PSC is just 1 connection point out of 3 on a bike, however if this is all you need after having a full bike fit, then this is definitely the right choice for you. 

In the PSC we will analyze and make the following adjustments as needed:

1.  Installation of pedals and cleats

2.  Cleat For/Aft position

3.  Cleat Side to Side Position - Knee Alignment

4.  Pedal Spacers/Extenders

5.  Cleat and Foot Tilt/Angle (wedges as needed)

6.  Cleat Rotation

7.  Discuss and/or adjust leg length issues as needed

TIME: 1.25 hours...ish

This is a Bike Fitting specifically focused only on finding that saddle that allows you to "Be One with Your Bike". 

Bring your bike, shoes, pedals, cycling shorts, and yourself and we can get to work on finding the saddle that fits you best.  

This fit will be done with your personal bike on a stationary trainer and we will fit, try, and swap out saddles to find the one you like.

A $25 discount will be applied to this fitting if you purchase a Saddle from OZ® Bike Fit.

NOTE:  This fitting is based upon your current fitting set-up on your bike.  There won't be any adjustments made to your bike with the exception of the saddle set-up.  If you feel you current set-up is part of your issues, then please choose an Advanced or Premier Fit which will include a saddle fitting.

TIME: 1.5 hours...ish

The follow-up appointment is like a MINI-FIT (within 1 year of the Original Bike Fitting Session).  We already have your original data so will remeasure and make specific adjustments on your bike to address any follow-up issues/concerns your bike, or check and make sure the set-up is correct per your previous fit, as well as check you over and focus on the issues we need to cover in the session. After the session we can set up your bike with new components if needed and services required.

Recommended when the body change over time and a bike can suffer from 'positional drift' caused by traveling and component changes.

TIME: 1.5 hours...ish

We already have your original fit data, on same type of bike, therefore I will apply the same spec's and coordinates on the new or 2nd bike as well as check and make sure the set-up is correct per your the previous fitting.

Note: A different bike may require different components, such as a stem, etc.  These will be charged in addition to the application.  Also, this application can only be applied to the same type of bike.  For example, A Road Bike Fit cannot be applied to a Triathlon Bike.

This would be for custom designing and building special parts not available in the market that are needed to meet the specific fit measurements when the current set-up doesn't allow for the specs.  This is usually when an Integrated Cockpit on a Triathlon bike needs additional location of aero pads or bars but may be needed on other bikes as well.

This session is designed to do a quick review of your current fit and give you feedback on how a bike fit can resolve your riding issues and how it can increase your power and performance. We will address any question you have at this time as well has help get the correct bike fitting session scheduled for you.

This would be for custom designing and building special parts not available in the market that are needed to meet the specific fit measurements when the current set-up doesn't allow for the specs.  This is usually when an Integrated Cockpit on a Triathlon bike needs additional location of aero pads or bars but may be needed on other bikes as well.

We already have your original data so will remeasure and make specific adjustments on your bike to address any follow-up issues/concerns to your bike, and/or make specific tweaks need to address the issues.  I will also double check and make sure the set-up is correct per your previous fit, as well as check you over and focus on the issues we need to cover in the session. After the session we can set up your bike with new components or services if needed and any additional cost that may be required.

Note: This warranty is not included for the Standard Bike Fit.

*Note: Pricing on all services above do not include any additional parts, components, or accessories required or requested in the fit.  Those will be added as an additional cost.  Bike Fittings, with the exception of the Standard Fit, have a 60 Day Warranty before a General Follow-up & Bike Fit Check Session is required for adjustments.

**NOTE: The fitting time is based upon the actual time to do the fitting with you.  The application of the fitting to the bike will take additional time, however I recommend you leave your bike with me to complete the application and I will contact you at a later time once the fit application is applied to your bike and it is ready to go.
